Whole30 Trader Joe's Chicken Tikka Masala
A classic Indian-inspired dish made easy with Trader Joe’s compliant Tikka Masala Curry Sauce. Served over cauliflower rice for a cozy, weeknight-friendly meal.

- 2 tsp olive oil (or avocado oil)
- 3/4 lb (about 12 oz) Trader Joe’s Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 bag Trader Joe’s Tikka Masala Curry Sauce (8.8 oz)
- 1 bag Trader Joe’s Organic Riced Cauliflower (12 oz)
- Fresh cilantro sprigs (optional, for garnish)
Heat a skillet over medium heat with 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil. Add chicken pieces and sauté 6–7 minutes until lightly browned.
Pour in Trader Joe’s Tikka Masala Curry Sauce. Stir to coat chicken. Simmer on low for 8–10 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and sauce thickens.
In a separate skillet, sauté Trader Joe’s Organic Riced Cauliflower with 1 tsp oil for 5 minutes until warmed and fluffy.
Spoon chicken tikka masala over cauliflower rice. Garnish with cilantro if desired.
